Gravitas Contracts are premium building contractors with a particular flair for delivering high-end residential, new build & refurbishment projects for both developers and private clients.
Established in 2013 we have a highly ethical team of professionals with experience in all sectors including residential, public services and commercial projects, in and around the London area.
Placing great emphasis on build quality, craftsmanship, attention to detail and project management, we work closely with our clients at every stage of the development process, from initial design meetings through to project completion.
Craig Mitchell founded Gravitas Contracts Ltd after 30 years of working in a variety of roles within the construction industry. His more recent roles include that of a Contracts Manager at Beard Construction and Janine Stone, followed by the position of Development Director at City Sq Developments in London.
He has since brought on board – and is continuing to build – an experienced team to consistently deliver projects to the high standards he has always set and achieved throughout his career.
Craig says, “Although it may sound cliche, our main emphasis in everything we do is in building strong relationships (with suppliers and clients) and getting repeat business.”
